Incorporating a task management system encourages productivity while increasing accountability and transparency. A transparent system can also lessen an individual's cognitive load, ensuring peace of mind. Our goal is to reduce ambiguity surrounding responsibilities for families and those that support them.
Adding Tasks & Projects
Tasks can be added in the following ways:
- Click "+ Create"
from anywhere in the platform and select Task or Project
- Email & SMS
Assigning Tasks & Projects
Users that report tasks may not know who the assignee should be. An instance Admin or property manager will need to periodically check for unassigned tasks.
- Open Tasks and click on the Filters button at the top
- Filter for "Unassigned"
- Click on each task and assign them as you go
- Assignees will be notified when they are assigned a task and the task will appear in their Queue until the task is complete
Managing Projects
- Add tasks to a project in the Tasks panel
- Associate budget items or invoices with a Project in the Budget panel
