My Queue

My Queue lists matters that require your action and is an ideal place to start the day.

Use the Show all dropdown menu to filter for specific items. To ensure that you aren't missing anything, you may want to have All Apps selected.

Items that will appear in your Queue include:

• Mentions - Someone has mentioned you in a comment
  
  
  
• Tasks - Open or incomplete tasks that are assigned to you will remain in your Queue until completed or assigned to someone else.
  
  
  
• Decisions - Anything pending your approval will remain in your Queue until you take action or another approver takes sufficient action
  
  
  
• Received RFIs - Verify or Reject requested information from trusted sources
