Way2B1 offers users multiple views of tasks that are customizable to each user's preference. After navigating to Tasks, the different views are listed in the sub-menu beneath the main navigation bar. Keep reading to learn more about how to view tasks on the platform.

List View
Upon opening List view, you will see tasks as "cards" which contain basic information on each task such as Title, Location, Assignee, and the most recent comment added. Clicking on a task card will open a split-screen with a comprehensive view of the task with full comments, linked items, and more. Customize the experience using filters and by the sorting order.
Table View
Upon opening Table view, you will see tasks listed with associated details listed as columns. Clicking on a task will open a comprehensive view of the task with full comments, linked items, and more. Customize the experience using filters and by the sorting order.
Filtering & Sorting
You have the ability to customize your experience in both List & Table views.
- Filter for specific tasks by clicking on the Filters button -
. Select the fields you'd like to filter for, e.g. open tasks that have been assigned to you by using the Quick Filters at the top or by completing any of the input fields below.
- Sort the order of the tasks listed by clicking on the current sort mode on the right-hand side - sort modes include Recently Updated, Recently Created, and Due Date
Calendar
The Calendar mode shows all occurrences of repeating tasks. Complete the date fields to specify the timeframe for which you'd like to see all occurrences of scheduled tasks.
