Inviting 3rd Party Users (Vendors)

Way2B1 was designed to facilitate communication between the family and their broader ecosystem in a way that is secure and unobtrusive. Inviting Vendors onto your instance allows for permissioned communication and collaboration. Vendors can submit invoices directly to the office, keep important documents up-to-date, and provide updates on ongoing tasks.

Inviting and Permissions

Setting up permissions correctly is essential in maintaining the family's privacy with the additional presence of third party users.

1. Invite the user to the platform in Settings
2. In Settings, permission the user to the appropriate:
   
   • Legal Entities - if they will be collaborating in Greenlight
   • It may be necessary to create a new Organization if they will be submitting invoices
3. Share the user on any relevant Pages
