A Page serves as a secure dashboard for important information relevant to family operations. The family’s trusted professionals can collaborate and communicate to keep a variety of information current, organized, and accessible from anywhere. Pages are organized using domains and subdomains.
The Overview tab allows you to display the information relevant to the Page in an easy-to-digest format. Each page will have 11 preloaded widgets that can be customized to fit the needs of each dashboard.

Happy with the layout of a page? Easily clone it to use as a template for other source pages.
Make a copy
Creating multiple pages for the same domain? Easily replicate the widgets and content on one page. Click on the "..." that appears when you hover over a page on the sidebar and select Make a Copy.
**Please note that Pages originally created in the Checklists, Legal Entities, Projects and Properties Domains have unique attributes that impact certain workflows within your workspace. You will notice that the icons next to these special Pages match the icons next to their original Domains allowing you to visually confirm whether the Page has these special attributes compared to a standard Page.
When cloning any Page, be aware that the cloned version will be the same type of object as the source Page. It will not be driven by the Domain where the source Page currently resides, as Pages can be moved over time.
Overview
The Overview tab is the designated homepage of every Page. Tailor this page to include key information on the Page by customizing the widget display.
- To add a widget, click on Add Wiget + and select the widget you want to display.
- Resize and drag/drop widgets to your preference
- Every user with access to the Page will share the same view. Any changes made to Overview will be displayed for all users.
Create a Custom Tab for information that doesn't need to be on the Overview page.
Documents
Add key documents that are relevant to the Page to access important information anywhere.
- Click on "+" and upload a file or create a folder
- You can also upload multiple files at once by dragging and dropping them from your local storage directly onto the page
- Toggle between list, thumbnail, and carousel views
- To rename a file or folder, hover over the desired element and select the "..." that appears on the right-hand side
If you have multiple folders of documents, you can choose which files are displayed in the Overview or Custom Tab. When adding the Documents widget, a dropdown menu will list the folders you have created. Select the one you want to display and only the files from that folder will be shown.
Request for Information
Send a request to a trusted source to upload information directly to your Page.
- Sending an RFI does not grant a user access to the platform
- Click on the "+" next to Request for information in Documents and complete the required fields
- The recipient will receive an email prompting them to upload a document
- After the recipient uploads the requested document, you will be notified in your Queue
Specs
Easily list key details relevant to a Page.
- Double-click a cell to edit the value
- Navigate using the arrow keys on your keyboard
- Hit "Enter" on your keyboard or click outside of the table to save
Google Drive
Quickly access shared live documents with our Google Drive integration.
- Sign in with your Google credentials and select the files or folders you would like to add to the Page
- Each user will only be able to add and access documents that they have access to on their Google account. If a document has been added that a user does not have access to, they will not be able to open the document, and can Request Access to it.
If you are having issues logging into Google Drive, you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Notes
A rich text editor is available to quickly add information relevant to the Page.
- You can choose to add just one of multiple Notes to the Overview or a Custom Tab.
- Hit Enter on your keyboard to save a title or text
If you have multiple notes, you can choose which notes are displayed in the Overview or Custom Tab. When adding the Notes widget, a dropdown menu will list the notes you have created. Select the one you want to display.
Emails
- Emails can be saved to a Page by forwarding or sending to "source@your-instance.way2b1.com"
- The email will appear in your Queue
- Select the email in your Queue, click on "Save to Page", and select the desired Page
Users will only be able to see emails that were sent from their own email addresses unless they have "Can see all emails" turned on by an Administrator.
Checklist
Store an ordered list of procedures, requirements, or other checklist items in the checklist widget.
- Items can be added, deleted, or edited
- Mark an item as “completed” by checking it off
Links
Connect related Pages together using the Links widget.
- To add a link, start typing the name of the Page you are linking to and select it
- You can choose to only place a link to the desired Page or link both pages to each other, which will create a link on the current Page on the newly linked Page
- To remove a link, hover over the link, click on the "...", and select "Unlink"
Tasks
Configure the widget to show a curated selection of Fixit tasks. You can choose to filter by one or multiple descriptors such as:
- Key phrase - any task including this key phrase in the title or description
- Assignee
- Reporter
- Status
Greenlight
Configure the widget to show a curated selection of Greenlights. You can choose to filter by one or multiple descriptors such as:
- Key phrase - any greenlight including this key phrase in the title or description
- Legal entity
- Status
- Requestor
Clock
Add a clock to your Page and select a timezone. Using a clock is useful when families have properties in dispersed locations.
Contacts
The Contacts widget allows you to list any registered users and their contact information.
- To add a contact, click on "+" and select the desired user
- To remove a contact, hover over the contact, click on the "...", and select "Unlink"
Custom Tab
Create a custom tab to compile information that may not be necessary to include in the Page Overview.
- Using your mouse, trackpad, or the arrow buttons, scroll to the far right of the tab bar and click on the "Gear Icon" as shown below:
- The "Manage Widgets" window will pop up. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on "+ Custom".
- Name your Custom Widget and hit "Enter" on your keyboard to save.
- Curate the information on this page just like you would in the Overview tab
