What are domains, subdomains, and pages?

Way2B1 is the information repository of a family's life. This information is categorized using Domains, Subdomains, and Pages.

• Domains - High level categories, or the “folder trees” of a family’s life; Your instance comes with a set of Domains, such as Legal Entities, Properties, and Vehicles, but you can remove and add Domains to your preference. Permissions can be set for an entire Domain, i.e. anyone shared on the Domain level will be shared on all pages in the Domain.
  • Subdomains - A sub-category of a Domain. Anyone who has been shared a Domain will be able to see all pages in the Subdomain.
• Pages - Serves as the hub of information and activity on any topic. You can specify permissions individual to each Page that have not been applied at the domain level. Each Page has its own comments section and history log.

You can create, rename or delete pages by selecting the ". . ." that appears when you hover over the domain or page.
