If the instance you are using is employing end-to-end encryption, you must register your device in order to access it. You may need to register again if:
- You are accessing your instance from a new device
- You have cleared your browser cookies since you last registered your device
Enroll your device by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and selecting "Enroll Device" from the dropdown menu.
An Admin on your instance must approve your device after you register it. If you aren't sure who your Admin is, please contact us.
