In Decisions, navigate to the table view by selecting "Table" on your top navigation bar.
Just like everywhere else in Way2B1, each user will only see the requests and transactions that they have permission to see or have been explicitly shared on.
Customize your table
See what is most relevant to you by customizing your table. Click the Table Settings icon on the far left to launch the Column Manager.
- Drag and drop the fields to reorder the columns, or hide columns that aren't pertinent to you.
- Way2B1 will remember your preferences and will not apply these changes to other users on your instance.
- Remember to click Save so your changes take.
Sort and Filter
To see only a selection of items or to narrow your view further, you can:
- Select from a dropdown menu a specific type or category
- Type a specific search term to filter for results that contain your search query
- Sort the rows in a specific order by any column variable
- Select all to expedite exporting transactions or to calculate totals
Calculate Totals, Export, Bulk Action
Select the items that you'd like to calculate the totals for by either clicking on the Select All checkbox or selecting each item line item by line item. You'll see the total amounts reflected on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Export after selecting the desired line items to either a CSV or Excel. All current fields shown will be exported. To edit what is exported, use the filtering option to show and/or hide what you would like to export.
Bulk Actions are available after selecting a set of line items. Select the line items and use the bulk approve, needs work, or deny action buttons at the bottom of your screen.
