How do I change my user icon (profile or avatar pictures)?

As you begin using Way2B1 you may notice that some users have images in their user icons, also known as profile or avatar pictures, and others simply have a colored circle with their initials. Way2B1 enables users who sign in with their Google accounts to use the image they have uploaded to Google.

If you did not sign up using Google SSO but would like to, please complete the following:

1. Add a photo to your Google account by following these instructions
2. Contact your Way2B1 instance Administrator and have them resend your user invitation.
   • If you are not using the email address associated with your Google account, your Way2B1 Administrator will need to change your account email to that account.
   • If you are not sure who your instance Administrator is, contact us.
3. You should have received an email with the title "Your Invite to Way2B1 Instance". Click Accept Invitation.
4. Click Sign in with Google and then select the Google account that was invited to the instance
